LittleBear: Growth Journal Privacy Policy

1 Data Collection

LittleBear does not require account registration and does not actively collect your name, email address, telephone number, location, device identifiers, or other personally identifying information.

LittleBear contains no third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or user analytics SDKs. Your data is not used for advertising, tracking, profiling, or sale.

2 Data Stored on Your Device

Profile names, task settings, points, rewards, check-in records, completion times, daily notes, and related history that you create in the app are stored in the app's storage on your device. This information is used to provide check-ins, statistics, weekly summaries, and history features.

This content is not automatically uploaded to any server owned or controlled by the LittleBear developer. The developer cannot directly view or access data stored on your device.

3 Photo Selection and Feedback

If you choose to use the feedback feature, you may attach an image through Apple's system photo picker. The app does not browse your photo library in the background or read photos that you have not selected.

Your feedback and any image you select are sent to the support email address through the mail app on your device only after you confirm that you want to send the message. Once sent, the message may be used to respond to your feedback and improve the app. You may choose not to attach an image or not to send feedback.

4 Local Backups, PDFs, and User-Initiated Exports

LittleBear can create backup files, printable check-in sheets, and PDF reports on your device. These files may contain tasks, points, check-ins, daily notes, and statistics that you choose to export. File generation takes place locally on your device.

You decide whether to save these files on your device, in your own iCloud Drive, or in another location through Apple's system file and sharing features. LittleBear does not automatically upload or send these files.

If you choose another app or service as the save or sharing destination, any subsequent processing is governed by that service's privacy policy and your settings.

5 Data Deletion

You can delete tasks, check-in records, profiles, and local backups from within the app. Uninstalling LittleBear will normally delete data stored locally by the app.

Files you have exported, emails you have sent, and backups managed by you or the operating system are not automatically deleted when you uninstall the app.

6 Third-Party Services and the Website

The LittleBear app does not use third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or user analytics services.

Apple may process information related to App Store distribution, system diagnostics, device backups, iCloud, email, or system file-selection features under its own policies. This information is not directly collected or controlled by the LittleBear developer.

The official LittleBear website is hosted by Cloudflare. Under its own policies, Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website and provide basic traffic statistics. This information is not linked to tasks, points, or check-in records in the app.

7 Children's Privacy

LittleBear does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other users. Profile names, tasks, and growth records remain on the device. Children should use the app with appropriate guidance from a parent or guardian, who should help decide the content of tasks and rewards.

8 Changes to This Privacy Policy

If LittleBear's features or data-handling practices change, this Privacy Policy may be updated accordingly. The revised policy will be published on this page with a new effective date.
